Jessica Kim is a soprano born and raised in Colorado.
She studied and graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
She studied with Professor Jennifer Bird-Arvidsson at CU Boulder. During that time she performed in operas including It's a Wonderful Life, La Traviata, and as the role of Sandman in Hansel and Gretel. She also performed a partial role as Pamina from The Magic Flute.
She is trained under a Classical influence but can also teach voices through a modern lens. Her teaching revolves around finding an individual's own voice and how to improve and expand whatever unique quality they have that makes them special, no matter how experienced or inexperienced they are.
